ABOUT STATIONERY TEAM

Stationery Team Europe is Europe's leading publishing company, specialized in branded back-to-school and year-round stationery, gifts, bags and accessories. We are renowned for our fresh designs, innovative products, knowledge of youth culture and strong sales network throughout Europe and overseas.

We work with some of the world’s most famous lifestyle brands such as O'Neill, Paul Frank, Esprit, Vans, Oilily and many others. Additionally, Stationery Team offers product ranges of classic (Disney) and contemporary popular characters. This strong and extensive brand portfolio enables us to serve a large variety of consumers and live up to our motto "It's more than a product!"

Throughout the year, our product development and design teams conduct extensive research to make sure that every new collection is creative, original and up-to-the-latest fashion trends. Each collection consists of a broad range of stationery products, from writing materials and school diaries to gift products, bags and accessories, each with their own carefully designed typical details.

Our products are sold in stationery stores, gift stores and major department stores all around Europe. For several countries we create culturally specific products and, on request, we are happy to develop tailor-made products as well.

OUR HISTORY

It all started in 1990, when Stationery Team Holland was established by the Van Dorp Group (holding company), then the Dutch market leader in office stationery. In 1996, Dian Besseler and Margreet Leguijt, who both had many years of experience in developing and marketing branded stationery products, did a management buyout. The company’s name was changed into Stationery Team Europe BV.

In 1997, they set up Stationery Team France to gain a position in France, and a year later they also expanded into Belgium by setting up Stationery Team Belgium.

Shortly afterwards, in 2001, they took over Trax Company, a Dutch publisher of branded school diaries, which gave Stationery Team a number one distribution position in the Dutch market.

In 2004, Stationery Team started a sister company named Blue Fish Bags. Blue Fish Bags develops bags and acces-sories for leading fashion brands. For more info, see www.bluefishbags.com.
